Utroligt underholdende og lærerig bog.

Aldrig har jeg læst en bedre bog. James Clear har aldrig gjort det nemmere at danne nye gode vaner, samt nedbryde de gamle destruktive. Bogen er baseret på gode historie fra virkeligheden, og god videnskab på område. Mere end 10 millioner solgte bøger taler også for sig selv. Anbefaling 1#
