Quintin Michaels is called to a rare in-person meeting with the Cabal's #1 negotiator, a stunning and brilliant redhead named Sue Battle, whom Quint met previously on a clandestine operation in Mexico. Sue recruits him to join her on a new assignment, the most dangerous of their lives: take down one of the world's cruelest dictators with a method that puts Sue's own life in extreme danger. Jake Dahl, Quint's partner in his gun store, Captain Bagmanovich, a Russian trawler captain, Ingrid, a beautiful blonde determined to escape communism, and Homer Kim, a Canadian immigrant from the Pacific Rim, complete the team, aided by an in-country revolutionary named Sunny.



The challenge is how to get close enough to Potbelly to do the deed and if successful, how to escape alive from Zazakure, a country with some of the tightest borders in the world.
