Quintin Michaels is called to a rare in-person meeting with the Cabal's #1 negotiator, a stunning and brilliant redhead named Sue Battle, whom Quint met previously on a clandestine operation in Mexico. Sue recruits him to join her on a new assignment, the most dangerous of their lives: take down one of the world's cruelest dictators with a method that puts Sue's own life in extreme danger.
