Virkelig en god bog.

En super god bog om et emne jeg er virkelig dårlig i. Den bliver et opslagsværk jeg kommer til at bruge før hvert eneste møde jeg har med folk, hvor jeg ønsker at opnå noget. Det kommer nok til at tage noget tid inden teknikkerne ligger på rygraden. Jeg overvejer at give mine børn denne bog, så deres liv måske bliver lidt nemmere end mit var.
