Det er ikke zombierne man væmmes over men den konstant nedladenhed overfor visse nationer mens du bombes med pro Israelsk propaganda og forherligelse..

If you are into zombie stories or are new to the world of zombies, I can recommend reading or listening to World War Z by Max Brooks, not to be confused with the movie, which is unfortunately only inspired by the book and not a film adaptation of the book. I haven't read much about zombies, but this story completely sucked me in. I'm not into splat or horror, but the way the story is built was an excellent introduction to the world of zombies. It has given me the courage to read something else with zombies. I love that it is structured as a series of interviews both in the prelude to the appearance of the zombies to during the great panic and how the world's population sticks together and reverses the trend. It's a good story that, in principle, has been and is still terribly relevant (if you don't see zombies as zombies, but as viruses) during and now after the Corona pandemic. Hvis du er til zombie fortællinger eller er ny til zombiernes verden, kan jeg anbefale at læse eller høre World War Z af Max Brooks, ikke at forveksle med filmen, som desværre kun er inspireret af bogen og ikke en filmatisering af bogen. Jeg har ikke læst så meget med zombier r, men denne historie fangede mig fuldstændig. Jeg er ikke til splat eller gys, men den måde historien er bygget op, var en eminent introduktion til zombiernes verden. Det har givet mig mod på at læse andet med zombier. Jeg elsker at det er bygget op som en række interviews både i forstadiet til zombiernes tilsynekomst til under den store panik og hvordan verdens befolkning holder sammen og vender udviklingen. Det er en god historie der i grundprincipperne har været og stadig er uhyggelig aktuel (hvis man ikke ser zombier som zombier, men som virus) under og nu efter Coronapandemien.

hvis du kan få fat i den engelske version får du en væsentlig bedre lytteoplevelse, da alle interviews i bogen er lavet med mere eller mindre kendte skuespillere. Fx ligger Mark Hamill stemme til Tod Wainio. Men derudover er det faktisk en fed og gennemtænkt bog, især taget den seneste pandemi i betragtning.

Uden tvivl en af de bedste zombiebøger, jeg har læst. Lige så imponerende som skildringen af en post-apokalypisk verden er, ligeså bizart er det, at absolut intet fra bogen er brugt i filmen af samme navn. De to har vitterlig intet andet end titlen tilfælles. Æv. Men fremragende bog!

Gode og velskrevne fortællinger, dog kunne jeg godt have ønsket mig at de var lidt længere. Jeg havde det sådan med mange af dem at jeg lige nåede at blive grebet og så var de slut.

This book is simply just amazing. Max Brooks brings you around the world, where different people tells their stories from World War Z. You get the creeps, when reading the stories, you get a real good feeling about how it were to be a part of WWZ. It's an amazing story, that everyone should read, if interested in zombies- and even if you aren't I still think that you would get a kick out of reading this book. After reading this book, you feel like World War Z could actully take place in the real world..
