Women Leadership In The 21st Century

In our recent history, to the current stage of the 21st Century, it is noticeable that women worldwide have played a significant role in the economic growth from agriculture to aerospace around the world. ¿¿Even so, most women today have additional responsibilities besides caring for their families. Contributing to the family's income takes a physical and emotional toll. Nevertheless, women continue to prove their worth at work and in our social, cultural, and justice systems. Our current ecosystems demand many changes. Humanity is facing multifold challenges by the mid-21st Century. So, what does leadership mean for the current generations rising to responsible roles not just in the corporate workplaces but in government, educational systems, business communities, and all levels of society? My goal for this book is to address women of all generations to participate in collaborative ways to raise and create conscious leaders of tomorrow.
