Neurodivergence affects us all, whether we are neurodivergent ourselves or in relationships with those who are: as a parent, sibling, friend, partner, colleague or team leader.

In the workplace, neurodivergent people often work hard to understand the neurotypical perspective, while being made to feel they are somehow built wrong or unable to express themselves fully.

At the same time, teams are under pressure to deliver results, and it can be difficult to balance individual needs with group performance, especially without a clear understanding of the unique challenges that each person, neurotypical and neurodivergent alike, faces at work.
