William Seymour

This work is the story of the remarkable African American leader who led the Azusa Street Revival in Los Angeles in 1906 and is credited for launching the twentieth-century American Pentecostal movement and several denominations. Blind in one eye yet in possession of remarkable spiritual vision, few believers are aware of Seymour. The son of ex-slaves was passionate about racial reconciliation and his desire for unity in the body of Christ has much to say to Pentecostal movement and the entire church.
