For Amy Meredith, advocacy is personal. From a free-range 1980s childhood to becoming a first-generation college graduate, guardian to her younger sister, and a nonprofit co-founder and Executive Director, her life has been shaped by resilience and purpose.

After becoming alcohol-free in 2020, Amy began to unearth the truth she had long masked: she was neurodivergent, carrying sensory, emotional, and social complexities she had spent decades hiding.
