Where Did Mommy Go?

If you've ever had to leave your child(ren) for any period of time, you know how hard it can be. Now imagine being away from them for months at a time. I don't know about you, but this is the most challenging part about being a mother as well as a military member. As I was getting ready to head out the door for deployment, it was only right that we followed "Where Did Daddy Go?" with "Where Did Mommy Go?". This book like the others was formed based on conversations between my daughter Lauren and me. It was very therapeutic getting our thoughts down on paper, we hope this book will help other children that may find themselves in similar situations.
