WHEN THE WIND CRIES

Major Jeffries hires Gail to teach his lovely daughter Amanda to ride on his vast estate in Louisiana. But the horse is virtually a wild stallion. And Amanda is a recently-released mental patient who has not spoken a word for years...not since her mother's extremely sudden death. Meanwhile, Gail is drawn to the attractive, mysterious Victor, Amanda's guitar-playing brother and to Clay, the local doctor's son.
