Simply follow the "Note to Helper" instructions on each page to guide your child through this workbook. These activities are easy to read and follow, and will provide a window into your child's state of being in the event of an earthquake. By working through the activities together, you will have the tools to be aware, and supportive, of your child's needs and feelings.
