When the Branch Breaks

Dirk and Hack have a son. They want nothing more than to spend a quiet few weeks enjoying their new lives. Instead they are pulled away when Bob, the adopted brother, is accused of murder. While investigating what occurred, they learn that an old enemy has been allowed to run free and is back to destroy the city and Dirk. Can Dirk protect his family, spend time with his wife and son, and still take down the man who is bent on destroying him? When the man shoots a missile into the police station, and sends tanks with missiles to destroy Dirk's home, Dirk determines it is time to go on the offensive and take the man down. While following the trail, he is forced to remove a child from the home of drug dealers and sellers. Can he unravel the truth about her birth family? Will Regina accept having another child in her home when Dirk isn't there for the new child they have? When Dirk goes after the enemy can he survive the encounter or will this be the time the branch breaks?
