Wee Rex

Every morning Jane sets out on an adventure to feed the alley cats, but one day, instead of hungry cats, Jane discovers a wee rex! Jane and the tiny dino quickly become the best of friends until she takes him to a history museum. It's there that Jane learns all about the dangers of dinosaurs and how rexes from the past were super scary. So Jane... creates... some distance... In her loneliness, Jane realizes that wee rex isn't like the dinos of the past. He's kind. He's sweet. He was a good friend. She learns a valuable lesson about friendship and discovers the importance of giving someone a chance. Wee Rex is a wonderful story about finding new friends in the most peculiar places, and being brave enough to not put your fears of the unknown on meeting someone new.
