The Board of Medical Examiners had been ordered to turn over psychologist records, which were not privileged information, gathered on this doctor during an investigation. Grant Woods filed a special action to overturn that motion and keep all information in Medical Board Investigations secret from the public and the claimant. Investigations are closed and kept secret from everybody except the doctors. This book shows the impact of that legal decision and how it has deprived the American people of their 14th Amendment constitutional rights to due process.
