The kingdom of Chilam has changed in the last two years since Spira's were accepted - royal engagements, the inauguration of Lord Elian, and now, the discovery of an enchanted scepter found in the queen's chambers. Its magic stirs awake a long-forgotten realm: Everlasting. An old relic with black diamonds, mermaids, Elvin creatures, and an ancient Fey race.

As Chilam's queen, Athena desires to colonize Everlasting and is determined to be the first to claim this hidden world. But she must get married.
