With no new leads or evidence, the case has landed in the cold case files but one family won't accept that. Not only is Dom Masters difficult to deal with, but Shane is overwhelmed by what is being asked of him. Painful memories, aggressive ghosts, and an abandoned hotel that doesn't give up its secrets easily, turn out to be the least of Shane's worries.
