Breanna Wilson had one thing in mind while making a quick trip to Portland, Oregon, over Thanksgiving weekend... Find Kyle Hunt. Hoping to locate the handsome man she saw at a writers' conference for editing tips and possibly a date, was a top priority. But during a power outage, strange things begin to happen, and the opposite of what she writes occurs. Instead of spending time with Kyle, she becomes tangled in an exciting adventure, especially when she meets his brother, Logan.

Logan Hunt's lifestyle is very complicated when he tries to keep Kyle safe from the people who are trying to kill him.
