Art isn't about beauty, in the dictionary, art is literally "producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power." If you want other people to give you their money, you have to do something that they are willing to pay you for. What is art?Who says a piece of anything is considered art? Why are some paintings so expensive and not accessible to everyone?Wealthy buyers will shell out hundreds of millions of dollars for a work of art. So, what makes some art so valuable? How can you tell a million-dollar abstract painting from something a child scribbled? Does it even make a difference?
