For many decades we have seen a constant erosion of our personal liberties by those in positions of power. The rate of this erosion has increased, and almost every day we are forced to endure more intrusions into our personal lives. This handbook is designed to arm Tea Party members and other liberty-loving Americans with some simple tools that we may use and share with others.
