I was raised to believe that success came from landing a principal role, dancing on stage.

So, I spend my days auditioning for Broadway and my nights-to the disappointment of my parents-dancing in a strip club.

One night, I slip in the rain and a familiar face comes to my rescue.

The pull I feel to him is magnetic, my need for him overwhelming, but he makes it clear he doesn't feel the same.

Over time, I feel like I'm breaking down his walls and forging a connection with him and his daughter, but his past has caused too much damage and now I realize that his love comes with conditions, I know I can't stay.
