Twenty Six Letters

This charming and uplifting book came about because of a carrier bag full of old letters. Written simply and with empathy, it tells the story of two people who meet in 1939 just before the outbreak of the Second World War. 

Told half as letters and half as narrative it is a simple tale of love and hope. A book to read curled up by a roaring fire - and just as warming.
