Truth Wins

Felicity Ramsey was enjoying a relaxing evening with Ace. An unexpected call on a line that few had brought the early years of Skye/Sea Security crashing into the present. Andre, a trainee from one of her hands on weapons and tactical programs, has overheard a Senator and an unknown man discussing the assassination by Skye/Sea of two congressmen five years before. The operation was one of the first assignments Felicity's new company had undertaken for a government agency that had needed an outside contractor rather than use its own people.

Corruption in the Capital, especially involving foreign money was a scandal that no one wanted. Felicity and Skye/Sea had delivered. She had been assured that no records existed about her involvement. A lie then is a major danger now. Her company and those who work for her are at risk.

Timing is critical. Two teams, one to the east coast and the other to the west are dispatched. Andre is collected safely. His wife, a possible hostage by those who have realized that they have been overheard is found dead and brought to the Farm to await her husband.

Jetting from Washington D.C. to Colorado with her best pilot, Taranda racing the clock, Felicity begins the search for the truth. A killer for the wife of one of their own must be found. Felicity and company follow the twists and turns of corruption and profit. With Ace watching her back, her team holding the line, she slides through the shadows searching for the man who set the plan in motion.

The list of traitors increases with every answer. A landing at sea, disguises to infiltrate the mastermind's home in South America is risky. It is the only way to be sure that everyone involved in the corruption in Washington is identified. This time the truth will win over lies told to avoid a scandal.
