True Story

There is absolutely nothing you can do if your Solicitor does not present your Case properly to the Court - they are bomb proof - !!! And it is only after the Case that you are aware of your Solicitor's inadequacies - but - who can you turn to??? Nobody!!! Unless of course you have a fortune to spend on the big boys - the Barristers who work in London and can argue a Case that your Solicitor was negligent in the way he or she handled your Case. This is my true story - which happened in Dorset (and written in hind-sight) the names of the culprits have been changed 'TO PROTECT - THE GUILTY'.
