The third and final episode of the BBC Radio 4 series, 'Touchline Tales', in which old friends Des Lynam and Christopher Matthew visit some famous sporting venues to enjoy, observe, reminisce and trade tales about some of the greatest pleasures in their lives. Originally broadcast 16 July 2010. In 'New Balls Please' they drop in at the opening weekend of the International Championship at Eastbourne and dodge autograph hunters as they recall their own successes and failures and the exploits of others on the tennis court. Amusing, informative and entertaining talk between old friends is what this programme is all about.
