Touchable: Spiritual Insights From a Time of Suffering, is a collection of personal insights which the author discovered during a two-and-a-half year struggle through dark days of disease, the result of his wife contracting an extremely rare and deadly bone marrow disease. From the crushing shock of her diagnosis in June of 2015, through the grueling nine weeks in the hospital a year later as she struggles through a life-threatening bone marrow stem cell transplant, into the seemingly endless months of her recovery, the author chronicles the many thoughts and emotions that flooded him throughout their ordeal, sharing hard-won insights about life, suffering, and the God that holds it all in His hands.
