Jimmy Saare collects tolls on the New Jersey Parkway. He's had a mental snap that has set him away from his pregnant wife, Sarah and uncontrollably towards 19 year-old Gena who leans seductively against the Officetown copy machine. As Jimmy pursues his desires for Gena, he is unexpectedly drawn into the strange manipulations of an anarchistic teenager, Kid with Clownhead, who wants to start his own destructive cult when he grows up.
