Something can be done.Tinnitus Toolbox Hyperacusis Handbook covers currently available international science-based approaches including self-help, professional treatments, clinical trials, and experimental research for people with tinnitus or hyperacusis. The abridged second edition has fewer acronyms, less science, and does not include chapters on noise damage and noise control. For people in the hearing loss and Deaf communities, coping tools are included that don't rely on sound or hearing. This book presents you with possible tools and science to cope better and live happier.----------------------------------------------Jan L.
