Adventure Bay is home to the happiest beachgoers and bravest adventurers around. But when a young surfer named Kai finds himself the "new kid" in town, he doesn't feel very happy or brave. He desperately wishes for a friend to explore his new home with.



His wish unexpectedly comes true, and the local tourist attraction - a beachside tiki named Tiki Tim - amazingly comes to life!
