In this latest work Think: The Foundation of Self-Awareness and Engagement, J. Ibeh Agbanyim, in collaboration with Raveen Arora, expands on the precepts of his previous works and addresses the idea of metacognition or mindfulness and the potential within all of us to affect the condition of our immediate social environments. By taking basic philosophical tenets ranging from the Book of James to DesCartes, and by expanding on psychological ideas such as Jung's "shadow aspect," Agbanyim and Arora attempt to show us ways in which we can eradicate our default triggers of unconscious biases and actually control our reactions in the moment.
