We are rapidly expanding our understanding of mind/consciousness and its effects on the body. We now understand that mind and body are inextricably linked and that what affects one will affect the other. Wellness really is a state of mind.

The Wounding of Health Care takes an overview of our current health care system and questions some of beliefs and dogmas that we have so bought in to. Is the biochemical/pharmaceutical model the ultimate in health care? Has it reached its limit? Do we need to stop dissecting down and focusing on minutiae and look more at the whole?
