Beskrivelse

The author of this book, Tatyana Razumovsky, repatriated with her family to Israel in 1988, and from the very first days began to write down her impressions in notebooks, which were filled one after another. She did not attach much importance to her notes, and perhaps this book would have remained in the computer files if not for her father, an artist and sculptor. From 1988 until his death, Lev Razumovsky came to Israel every year to visit his daughter and grandson. He saw everything here and tried to understand the new realities of life for him and tried to capture what he saw in drawings.

It was because of these drawings that Tatyana Razumovsky decided to publish a book - in memory of her father. The master's drawings entered it and merged into a single whole with the text, leaving no scars in the artistic fabric. These drawings are distinguished by some particularly warm aura, and if you look at them for a long time, it will seem that they come to life.

The advantages of the prose included in the book are in simplicity and artistic integrity, in the transparent purity of the language and in the picturesqueness of the characters, whose verbal portraits were created by the author with great skill, with one or two strokes. And, of course, in the musical tonality that permeates the entire book. Of course, one could cite the most striking fragments from this book, but then one would have to quote too much. Read for yourself.
