The Very Best Thing In Whole Wide World is a collection of stories and poems celebrating life and friendship through the lens of an old, Victorian-style house. Once grand, the old house has long been abandoned. The house serves as both a setting and main character in the adventures of a group of small animals who call it home; a home they must eventually learn to share with a new, young family hoping to make the old house grand again.
