The Sunday Rest Law in Argentina

The parliamentarians involved in the debate for the Sunday Rest paid to a pluralist vision to face the social conflict, in the sense that the different political forces struggled to develop a supra-partisan, "statist" and balanced conception. The agonist dynamics is hidden in pursuit of a strategic negotiation of common loyalty to institutional principles: there is a dissatisfaction of democratic demands that must be solved with a workers' law.
