The Summit

The Summit: An Amazing Journey to the Blue Mountain Peak chronicles the author's trip with his two children to the Blue Mountain Peak, Jamaica's highest point. In recounting the events of the two-day journey, the author treats his readers to a feast of fantastic photographs which alone are priceless. Nature on the high ground is captured in all its glory as the trio travel from Mavis Bank to Portland Gap, Lazy Man's Peak and finally reach their goal, the Blue Mountain Peak. Readers who have traveled to the Peak will identify familiar landmarks and reminisce about its beauty, while those who have never gone will be inspired to try the trip themselves.
