The Story of My Life

This is a memory book intended for people who have Alzheimer's Disease or another form of Dementia. Because of the sensitivity of this condition, these words are not included anywhere on the book. There is plenty of room for any photographs the family would want the subject of the book to see. This is something the family can do with their loved one, if that is possible. Alternatively, this can be filled by family members, and then given to their loved one. This book will continue to be a treasure to the family for many years to come.
