The magical kingdom of Incanterra has long been controlled by the dominant wizard dynasties. To cultivate their grand utopia, the wizarding suzerains have outlaws vices for the good of the people. Unfortunately with corrupt constables and the elected government in the robe pockets of the wizards, when true justice is required, citizens are forced to seek help from those who operate outside the law.

One of these underworld organizations is a family known as the Shadow Blades. Rising to power by controlling black markets peddling in the prohibited, the family caters to outlawed thirsts and forbidden hungers. Such illegal desires are a steep cost but if the gold is there, the Blades can get you whatever you need. And their dispensement of street justice is both swift and brutal.
