Beskrivelse

In the quiet village of Stadt Wehlen, just outside Dresden, Oskar M?ller-a skilled watchmaker-finds his life turned upside down when he is accused by the Stasi of photographing military sites. What begins as a simple charge soon escalates, and Oskar's once peaceful life begins to unravel. But the truth behind the accusations remains shrouded in mystery, leaving Oskar questioning everything he thought he knew.

A KGB officer arrives from Moscow to oversee the growing investigation. Cold and methodical, his presence signals that the stakes are much higher than Oskar ever imagined. At first, his mission is clear: to uncover the truth behind the accusations of espionage. But as the investigation progresses, the charges take a darker turn. What was initially a case of photographing military sites soon evolves into something far more dangerous-industrial espionage. Oskar may have been drawn into a larger web of secrets and deception, manipulated by forces far closer to home than he ever anticipated.

At the center of it all stands Dr. Etouhnav, Oskar's wife's enigmatic uncle, a brilliant patent lawyer working at the Ministry for Metallurgy and Heavy Industry. But this is a time of tension - years after the Prague Spring, and Dr. Etouhnav has been linked to the suppressed dissidents. The Communist Party has set its sights on something far more valuable: a stolen design for a coaxial movement from Swiss luxury brand Omega, a technological gem that could revolutionize Czechoslovakia's watchmaking industry and fuel its economic future.

A striking blonde KGB agent, sent to Prague for her first mission under the command of her mentor, Colonel Martynov, soon finds herself entangled in more than just the case. As she delves deeper, the investigation forces her to confront not only the facts but also the truths buried within herself-challenging her loyalties, her convictions, and the very identity she thought was unshakable.
