Book 6 picks up with the Kid arriving home from DC and Cole asking him to save him from a house full of women. Alice's daughters were arriving to help Alice with the wedding preparations. Cassie and Megan decide to squeeze in a Girls Like to Play Tour before Christmas on short notice and Kid finds a couple of special presents at the Kid's Ward. Throw in hosting a wedding and Historical Society Ball and the couple's relationship circuit gets shorted out. Cassie takes the tour international and the Morgan Family plans an attack against her. Their action brings Cassie and Chris to another crossroads. They now realize how quickly their advocacy can turn deadly. My plan for Book 6 started out to be a warm, holiday tale where Cassie and Chris/Kid/Babe slow down and enjoy the holidays. But these two just seem to go, go, go. I did manage to include some laughs, action, and heartfelt moments. I hope you enjoy the journey. G.
