The Polk Street Review 2022 edition is published by Community Education Arts Press, a division of Community Education Arts, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization. The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is a unique creative place-making project dedicated to celebrating Noblesville, Indiana. The annual publication is a submissions-driven anthology containing selected prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork images submitted by professional and amateur creative artists from all over the world. The Polk Street Review project has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world.
