The Mystery of Waverly Island

The story of Sally Maguire, social reporter for the Waverly Times. After a day of covering three society weddings, Sally is summoned by her boss to return to the scene of the first wedding of the day. The bride is dead. She was pushed or jumped off the balcony of the mansion on Waverly Island. Sally and her photographer friend and mentor, Sam, arrive at the scene. Detective Michael Callahan, the new cop in town is none too happy with the arrival of this nosy reporter keeping him from doing his job. Sally's attraction to Detective Callahan grows with each encounter. She finds herself in love for the first time in her life.
