During a post-apocalypse time period of 1786, and in the village of Cooperstown that is a resort village in central New York on Otsego Lake that has a population of 2,180. While many people are in hiding from the war of New World Order, as a village of listeners, secretly tune-in to an underground radio station that consoles them with music and a fable called the living-water with miraculous healing properties that would bring much hope to the village if found. However, the only way it can be found will require for the villagers to walk by faith and not by sight, by following one particular person who has a sleeping disorder called narcolepsy; and it will require them to put their trust in her, that she won't lead them astray but on the path of salvation for their village.
