The Man in the Tool Shed

Recently widowed and well past fifty, Jack McKnight is feeling optimistic she can keep her head above water by renting out tool sheds on her rural property by calling them summer cottages. When unfriendly Ben Kincaid with lifeless brown eyes shows up off season and flashes a wad of cash, Jack reluctantly takes him on for the winter. Soon his drunken midnight strolls, raging campfires too close to the woods, and blatant disregard for his health has her losing sleep and her mind running wild with the worst case scenarios about the mysterious man in her tool shed.
