The Lie That Bind: Book 2

The Idea of the world ending didn't seem as important as it used to, for a new fear had taken over. As the world sinks farther and farther into the plague, more of the bad parts seemed to peek out, revealing the world for what it truly is... But how can one lie make the end of the world seem so less important?

The Wanderers have now become a full-time weight on Maddie's shoulders. Now Maddie has to face this new reality, but can she do it? She has joined the Wananders, taking their beliefs, and mashing them into her own. For fear is something that she no longer see's as bad, but she welcomes it. For the fear is what is going to push her towards keeping her deal.

Noah Parker, a strong young man who is, like Maddie, is in the Wanderers. He himself may shape Maddie in ways she didn't understand. Pushing her to new limits that she didn't even know possible. He may be the only thing that will keep Maddie from falling too deep into her lies.

The Wanderers have sent Noah and Maddie on a classified mission to locate the camp up west. No information is given about the camp other than it is at a campground.

Owen has just turned eighteen, and he has not only come to terms with being sick, but he is waiting for it, for it may be the only thing that can free him... With this, Kenny and Cole think that it's best that they go to a camp up west, which can hopefully give him the care he needs.

Will Maddie and Owen see each other again? Or will it be Maddie's choice that can change it all that will not only decide her future but all of their futures?
