The Letter

Sixteen years after the case of The Ghost had been put to rest, the small town of Gormsey had returned to its peaceful nature. Life continued on, with Julia Rider and Angela Price finally able to put the past behind them and no longer cower in fear. Yet, as the new chairwoman of the town board sets her eyes on the mayor's office, she also monetizes the killings in a festival unlike any other, GhostFest. When Carrigan returns to town from college, she immediately knows something's off, and it doesn't take long for the darkness of Gormsey to rear it's ugly face once again, this time, long after the Ghost is dead and gone.
