Amazing!!! Has immediately become one of my favourites. SO good! Everything feels so amazingly smooth and moves at the perfect pace. I never catch myself getting bored because there’s always stakes, always the amazingly snarky and cunning input of the protagonist, always something to make me wish to know more. I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t gotten more traction yet. It’s the perfect blend between dark and absolutely horrifying themes and creatures, and the stupidly funny dynamics of the characters, aswell as the inner dialogue of the protagonist. I love that she isn’t the stupidly cliche; smart but clumsy, geeky damsel in distress. No she’s sharp, smart, cunning even, but terrible socially in the completely opposite way; anger-issues galore and magic that could level a city in her rage. It’s awesome! Just so energetic and fun, never going stale. I can’t wait to see where the next one takes the story.
