The Heart of God

The heart of god is deeper and more intensely obsessive and possessive than we will ever understand this side of heaven. He has revealed to us all that we can comprehend this side of heaven through his word and through the life of Jesus and the lives of His people. God loves the whole world and sent his Son to destroy the works of the devil and give us the same choice He gave Adam in the Garden of Eden; the choice to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season under Satan or to enjoy the abundant life with the One who knows the end from the beginning, controls everything, and loves us beyond measure. The heart of God is loving, just, merciful, and jealous, but also very angry toward sin because of its devastation on humanity. He has a plan that He is implementing and when we cooperate with it, we find the peace and joy that He intends for us as we trust Him fully. This book goes through the Scriptures and identifies various places where the heart of God is revealed in His people Israel, His disciples, the Apostles, the women, and His people who are committed to Him today. His love and grace are revealed to us in ways of which we are not even aware. His glory and sovereignty are what we live for and are the desire of our hearts as we give back to Him all that He gave us! We yearn for the day we will be with Him in the splendor of our heavenly home He is preparing for His bride, His people!
