The Gods Wait

The Gods Wait is a story of how the internet connects and correlates existences across the world from each other in nonsensical (and apparently arbitrary) ways. From food reviews of the latest viral taco concoctions to alternative lyrics to a folk song depicting a gay rapist dubbed over a violin virtuoso, it deals with the changing socio-political landscapes of social media through the stories of several different characters: a cat-crazed German boy, a pessimistic African-American waitress in community college, a Hollywood-fanatic Chinese hacker, among other eclectic characters, all tied together in a fatalistic (and fatal) network.
