The interest in Gluten Free living has taken off in recent years due to the increasing number of people who have been diagnosed to have some form of gluten sensitivity. Although a gluten free lifestyle was made popular by the existence of an autoimmune condition called Celiac Disease, many have taken up the gluten free life style to improve their health in general. In this volume of The Gluten Free Series, we will discuss what gluten is, the various conditions gluten causes for people who are sensitive to it, as well as common misconceptions about a gluten sensitivity and the gluten free lifestyle.
