The Gilded Feather

You ever have something you wanted to say aloud but could never bring yourself to do so for fear of the consequences? Words, regardless of how small, have power. If withheld, words could do much damage, create missed opportunities...or never reach the ears of the ones you need to hear them the most. The Gilded Feather is a collection of poetry, a collection of the words I have withheld in my life that have made it harder for me to express myself. It is a small literary journey of my life's experiences from exploring who I am to whom I adore all in the hopes that the power of my words will finally be released.
